A Survey Drone was my last type of collectible for this trophy. After unsuccessfully shooting many arrows at it, I guess it wanted me to find a spot to jump on it. Whatever works!
Figuring out how to get the Survey Drone wasn’t the hardest part of this. Nope! This place happened to be Thuderjaw territory so… yeah. My first Forbidden West encounter with a Thunderjaw was fun.

The Carja Shadow outfit looks so freaking cool. It’s probably not the best outfit I have, but I don’t care. Plus all those healing bonuses went well with my brute force playstyle.
Trophy 23: Completed 4 Rebel Outposts

The Dry Yearn was my 4th Rebel Outpost! These are fun little enemy base areas controlled by Regalla’s rebels. The goal is to kill their leader and grab their badge thingy. I also did the optional objectives of murdering all the asshats, not just their leader. I figure the dying world is safer with all the rebels pwned.

The Desert tribe of Tenakth are quite the brutal people. I guess they gotta be tough to survive in the desert. Makes sense!
I met Drakka the brash village of Arrowhand leader and helped him kill a Thunderjaw who ambushed his people. They need to trade in machine hearts for water rations at their capital. Drakka has a vendetta against the clan leader, Yarra, since she’s holding back water.
Then I went to the capital and helped Yarra with water issues. She was stingy with the water because their old world water source called the Wound had run dry. Aloy used her Focus to track down a water plant by following the pipes under the Wound. In the plant, a member of Drakka’s town accidentally (or on purpose) broke the system before dying to a machine. Thankfully, Aloy fixed it, but Yarra blamed Drakka for causing it.
Back in town, Drakka challenges Yarra to a death match which could destroy the clan. Jetakka (the clan advisor who sounds a lot like Tuvok from Star Trek: Voyager) and Aloy try to talk sense into the leaders, but they are too lost in anger to listen to reason. Aloy needs to pick a side for the fight.
I went with Yarra since she seemed to be the most rational leader. Drakka came across as a spoiled brat who only wanted power, even if it cost lives. I helped Yarra and Jetakka honorably murder Drakka and his minions, and brutal peace was restored to the clan!
Trophy 25: Fully Upgraded a Valor Surge

It took me a while to remember to use a Valor Surge more often. I popped it mostly when I ran into Thunderjaws that kicked my ass. I used Ranged Master (on the Hunter skill tree) the most so that was the first one I got to max level.
