Rumor had it that Bertrand was hiding a transfer power device in his heavily guarded base, Fort Philippe. Cole needs an army of Rebels to help him get in there, and there are two ways to do that.

Kuo’s Good Choice: Steal back an ambulance full of medical supplies from Bertrand’s Militia and give them to LaRoche’s Rebels to earn their trust.

Nix’s Evil Choice: She will disguise herself as one of the Militia and go on a killing spree. Cole will jump in and save the day, thus making the Rebels worship his power.

Since this is my good playthrough, go go ambulance option! Cole rides on top of the ambulance fending off a small army of Militia men and swamp monsters to get the supplies where they’re needed.

Trophy 17: Status Kuo

Official Description: Choose Kuo in Storm the Fort.

It’s one epic battle to take the Fort back from Bertrand’s forces! At the end Cole has to choose who to swap powers with using the transfer device. Kuo is the good karma choice so that’s who I went with. Cole gets some of her icy abilities to augment his own. Bertrand tries to fly away in a helicopter but Cole manages to damage it.

Each side mission you do clears a little chunk of the map and suppresses enemies in the area. When all of the first island was free, this shiny trophy was mine!
