Needless to say, Cole the electric man with shocking powers takes damage whenever he touches water. If you briefly step in water occupied by your enemies, they get pretty toasty. I accidentally did this to a random swap creature to unlock this one.

I managed to get the shocking drop on a group of 5 swamp monsters during the positive karma side quest Good Deed. Bertrand’s experiments unlocked Kuo’s icy conduit abilities and she teams up with Cole to save the city during a few missions.

Gotta love unleashing an Ionic Vortex of doom on your enemies! The 30th time I did this was during Nix’s mission where she shows Cole her origins.
Bertrand let off one of those explosive devices in the swamp. Nix and Bertrand were the only survivors and she had to watch her family die. Kinda explains why she’s so angry with the world.
