Long ago, the turians ‘accidentally’ left a bomb on the krogan homeworld in case they got out of control again. These days that bomb is a diplomatic nuke ready to go off and Shepard helps the pinned down turian team disarm it before Cerberus detonates it.
The Reapers are there too and this is where I encountered Harvesters. No idea what species these were but they definitely look like something straight out of Horizon Zero Dawn. Anyway, I managed to murder the first one before it flew away for this shiny trophy.
Trophy 22: Eye of the Hurricane

This one is tricky! I was rushed by several Brutes during the mission to deliver the genophage cure, and I was finally able to put one down with the right timing.
Trophy 23: Pathfinder

Screw you, salarian dalatrass! I will not sabotage the krogan genophage cure. Ahem.
This mission was so intense! The mother of all thresher maws (Kalros) took out a freaking Reaper, and then Mordin sacrifices himself to spread the cure he developed to save all of krogan kind.
I love Wrex and I trust he will help usher in a better age of krogan society.
Trophy 24: Hijacker
Official Description: Hijack an Atlas mech.

I was doing this playthrough on Casual difficulty which made getting this trophy quite difficult. I had accidentally exploded all the other Atlas mechs I encountered before cracking open the cockpit. Oops!
When Cerberus attacked the Citadel, I finally managed to snipe the guy inside before blowing up the mech.

I knew Udina was a jerk from the moment I first met him way back in Mass Effect 1! He betrayed everyone and handed Cerberus access to the Citadel.
Before Udina could kill the asari councilor, Kaidan took him out (after suspecting my Shepard of being in league with Cerberus again, of course).
