I was actually trying to interrogate the dude for another trophy when I acidentally knifed him. Oops! I still needed this trophy too so all good.

This is also a ‘perfect playthrough’ where I can’t actually kill anyone so I reloaded my save file to reset my kill count to zero.

It is pretty cool they added this Easter egg if you decide to kill Ocelot after Snake KOs him in a cutscene. And yes, this counted as a kill (even though it triggered a mission failed screen) so I needed to reload again.
