The Dead Money DLC put my poor Courier in the super awkward position of having a bomb collar strapped to her neck and being forced to partake in an ancient casino heist.

Step one was rounding up my fellow deadly collar mates for the job. First was Dog the Super Mutant with dissociative identity disorder. Second was Dean the smooth talking ghoul. Finally was Christine who was mutilated by an Auto-doc machine and couldn’t talk. Yikes.

Trophy 2: Sierra Souvenir Aficionado

Official Description: Collected 500 Sierra Madre Chips.

Sierra Madre Chips are the currency in Dead Money instead of the regular ol’ caps. I found my 500th one in a random cash register after convincing Dean he wasn’t going to die if I left him at a spot. These special caps are used in weird otherworldly vending machine thingys to buy stuffs.

With the help of my crew, I flipped the switch to open up the Sierra Madre casino. I had to fight my way through a lot of Ghost monsters to get to it, though. That part was much less spectacular.

Unsurprisingly, the dude who strapped a bomb collar on my Courier’s neck and forced her to do an ancient casino heist turned out to be an asshole who wants to destroy the wasteland. One way to deal with him is to sneak out of the vault before he confronts you, thus sealing him in while you flee to end the DLC.
